    Absolutely! Whether you're a first-time dog owner or you've been battling the tangles for years, Floof Club helps you understand your dog's coat and care for it confidently between professional grooming appointments.

  • What do I get for £19.99 a month?

    You'll get access to our growing collection of pet-owner Lessons, the Floof Club community, monthly live Q&As with Caroline and recordings to watch afterwards. Plus, there's Floof of the Month to celebrate our gorgeous dogs!

  • Can I ask Caroline questions about my dog?

    Yes! You can submit questions ahead of our monthly live Q&A sessions. Caroline will answer a selection during the session and pop into the community when she can. The club doesn't include unlimited one-to-one advice.

  • What if I can't attend a live Q&A?

    No worries! 💙 We'll make recordings available inside Floof Club, so you can catch up at a time that suits you.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes. Floof Club is £19.99 per month, and you can cancel future renewals. You'll retain access until the end of your current paid billing period, subject to the membership terms.

  • Can I upgrade from Floof Club to Groomer Club?

    Absolutely! 💙 If you've already completed suitable practical, hands-on dog grooming training, you can move to Groomer Club to continue developing your skills with Caroline. Groomer Club is for those with existing grooming knowledge and experience. It doesn't replace practical training or recognised qualifications.
